OH MY GOSH! Those pictures are gorgeous! I've been watching your sunflowers for a while and would love to see them in person. So, how far are you from Providence? I may be up there in a few days. :)
Hurray! I love sunflowers and grow small amounts of them every year, though there is nothing like the sight of a field full of them. If I am not vigilant, mine get eaten by deer; do your fields suffer deer damage?
Those are absolutely beautiful... remind me to plant sunflowers next year. Even thoguh I live in southern California I can look like New England tooo right? Thanks K for this dose of fall. I LOVE fall. Regards, Rooth
I've so enjoyed your sunflower photos all summer/fall. In fact, I'm inspired to do my own small field of them next year (even though the deer will probably dance for joy at the prospect!).
Amazing! I also loved the post you sent us two early of the folks finding your stand. I so wished I could visit but its a long drive form So Cal! Thank you for sharing!
Beautiful. Sunflowers are our state flower and in the last few years farmers are planting fields of them as a second crop. I love those fields though they are quite generic compared to yours. Thanks for sharing.
Why Thank You! That was a wonderful way to start the day!
