Fun to follow you blog and see so much happening, especially the flora, 2-3 weeks beyond what they do down here in Virginia. My sunflowers long gone. Thanks for sharing yours and making the day all the sunnier.
They do! The table looks very interesting...much like the table passed down through my mother's family to me. Oak...round...pedestal...extra leaves...yes???
I've been pick'n sunflowers for my kitchen table too! You are truly blessed with an 'artful' eye...your photos and ALL your colorful creations are wonderful!
The flowers are lovely and your photo staging is superb!! Long ago I saw a complete field of sunflowers. I wonder if they were being grown for the seeds.
Lovely! I carry around beautiful mental images of your sunflowers, home and farm from a workshop weekend almost a year ago. Hard to believe a year has passed. I plan to make it for another workshop in 2012 :) All the best to you and your family. Pam

ReplyDeleteYES! Thanks for giving me a chance to smile.
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean your wonderful field is in bloom this year? I hope so.
ReplyDeleteIf the recent weather knocked it out, we still have your past photos to look forward to.
Sunflowers are my favorite! I even carried sunflowers and wildflowers when I got married, not roses.
