Bonnie's Flower Garden at Colorful Stitches in Lenox, MA

Before school started, Julia and I took a drive over to Lenox, MA to visit the art installation created by Bonnie Burton, one of the owners of the fabulous yarn store Colorful Stitches. Below you can see the amazing Knit Flower Garden she created. I think the exhibit is still up and should be through September. Take a field trip with a group of knitters. 

 Bonnie - you are amazing! The time and energy and attention to detail is beyond words. Congratulations. 

You can read more about Bonnie's Knitted Garden on the Colorful Stitches blog. Before taking a drive, make sure you check with the store on the dates because I wasn't able to figure out the actual end date. 

 Enjoy! My photos do not do the work justice. Bonnie's Knitted Garden is a masterpiece. To think one woman made all this is overwhelming.

    I was there a few weeks ago, my regular Tanglewood/ Colorful Stitches visit. There is always an amazing knitted art work there. Last year the picnic, I didn't think they could top that spectacular work but they did, these garden is just incredible!! From the colors, to the skill...total perfection!!

    Thanks for all the photos from the "garden" at Colorful Stitches. I have been there many times, but will make an extra effort to get there soon to see it in person.

    Hi Kristin, I just bought both your new pattern books from Classic Elie Yarns. I love your yarn and have bins of all the colors so I can't wait to make some of the awesome patterns.
