Adorn Magazine on WhipUp

There's a nice interview over on WhipUp with Linda Permann, one of the editors from Adorn Magazine. What surprised me the most, is the editor mentioned embroidery as a trend and spoke about my work along with Jenny Hart of Sublime Stitching and Julie Jackson of Subversive CrossStitch. How cool! Here's the link.

The reason I am telling you this is that I really want this magazine to succeed. It fills a void in the market but as with all "start-ups", we've got to support it! If it doesn't sell, advertisers won't want to advertise and unfortunately, if there are no advertisers, there is no magazine. I know this is putting it bluntly, but listen up guys......

Buy Adorn! It should be on newstands now.

I saw an ad for this mag in another one and am going to see if I can track a copy down. So far, the two nearest chain bookstores don't seem to have it, but I'll keep looking. :)

I hope this magazine keeps up the good work, it's awesome. I got some great ideas from their articles.

I looked for it! Haven't found it yet, but will look at the big bookstore in town this weekend.

Just wanted to note that I perused the mag and found that it was a little too crammed together for me. I don't like the Knit1 for that reason also. I think the full size magazines are a more pleasant read.
