Our snow has been melting the past couple days. As it melts, it makes it easier for the sheep to get out into the pasture. This Mama was forging her own little trail out to the untouched snow for a bit of a snack. I couldn't help but think that this was her bit of a break from the twins who have been nudging her all day. Does anyone relate?
There was a lovely blue cast to the scene....

Kristen, one of my breaks is reading your lovely blog.
Ah yes, she went out for coffee and left the Farmer to look after the twins.....love your blog
I love it when I go get groceries
and leave my little nurser with
dad. If I get to go to the store
with out all of the kids even
better! I think that the best
is when I get to go to the potty by myself or even better getting
a shower in with out kiddos
knocking on the door or crying.
Thank you for showing me I am
no alone!!!!!!! Give that gal
some more time off.

smile, nice break! I got my break today. We hired a new massage therapist at the spa and guess who got to be a guineau pig!!
I can relate, all my kids are gone but I manage a group of 9 folks who often need lots of attention and support because they do stressful jobs. Some afternoons I just want to turn off the phone and not open emails!
