March Comes in Like a Lion at Leyden Glen Farm

March 1st and our first big storm of winter 2012. Watched this interesting documentary about typeface Helvetica. You may like it too. It is the typeface you are reading right now. Took these photos of the yearling lambs in front of our farmhouse. Nasty weather this weekend but this foot of snow will be gone in a few days.

Amherst Winter Market tomorrow in the sleet. Hope someone comes. I'll bring my knitting.....

What IS it about sheep ears? They tell it all... Jules

I love how the sheep appear to be looking at you like..."This is my good side".

Honestly the pictures you take are amazing.

Hmmm...I think some of the sheep are as confused about the weather this winter as I am! Great photos of the sheep and snow. I started reading your blog for the knitting, but I think it's the sheep that keep me coming back. Oh, and I can't forget the dogs - they keep everyone in line.
