Adorn Magazine - on sale June 13th.
The women at Soho Publishing are always right on the trends. They do Vogue Knitting, Knit 1, and lots and lots of great books. I love them and what they do. I don't tell them that - I am mostly out of touch doing my own little thing. I don't visit them in NYC. I don't call them. You'd think I would be better at this after all these years. So guys at Soho, in the big city, you're great!
Even though, every once in awhile, they remember me, despite my lack on contact. A call came a few months ago. They were launching a new crafty magazine. Would I be interested in contributing? "Count me in. By the way, what's it called?" I asked. "Adorn," they answered. "Sounds good. What can I do for you?" They told me what they wanted and you can find it on this compilation photo montage. I won't tell you which project I did. You'll have to buy the magazine.
So, look for it - June 13th on newstands. It looks to have lots of fun, colorful, crafty projects to make this summer. I can't wait to see it. In the meantime, here's their website for a preview.
